LM I assume.  Never did one, but assume you will need to remove the grill
bar.  5 crown nuts inside the trunk.  The center one is accessed through a
hole in the lock mechanism.

The door is on a hinge pin - which also holds the spring.  You will need to
drive out the hinge pin and I THINK that you can not do that with the nose
bar in place.  While there, you might wish to replace the spring as they are
know to break.
