<VV> Performance Corvair Group progress

It's been a while since I've received any comments on the draft by-laws.  
Most of the comments were basic wording and a couple additions, which I believe  
I've incorporated. I have what I'm now calling the final version, if  anyone's 
interested.
 
The officers currently are:
Jim Dallas - President
Michael LeVeque _ Vice President
Ned Madsen - Secretary
 
Bob Donahue - Yenko Registry Chairman
Rick Loving - Fitch Registry Chairman
