<VV> Another Rampie question

In repairing the tailgate on the rampie the holes for the 'Chevrolet' 
emblem were covered up.  Will have to redrill the 4 holes for the 
pins.  Have been trying to figure out the location based on various 
pictures I have seen posted on the net.  However very few people seem 
to take pictures of them from the back.  It looks like the bottom of 
the script sits even with upper inner part of the cove.  Could some one 
give me a measurement from the top or bottom of the tailgate ( and 
please include if it is from the top or bottom)
