<VV> Welded vs. Bolted flywheels

The current one in my 65 Corsa was welded by White's Speed & Machine 
if Fayetteville, NC in 1967. They couldn't get it to balance without 
welding it.  I still have the bill for $42 to completely balance the 
engine.   After 270, 000 miles no rattling yet.
