<VV> front spoilers/RIDE

My 65 Corsa convert weigh 1,010 lbs on the front, with 4-5 gallons of 
gas without me, and 1725 on the rear with the spare tire, jack, lug 
wrench, spare fan belt, and a spare qt. of oil.  All four chassis 
dampers are in place
