<VV> FC engine question

Does anyone know whether all 1961-63 Forward Control engines had just the  
small (single) valve springs? Or was it possible for some FCs to have heads with 
 the LM type dual valve springs?
 
The Parts manuals and other Chev documentation haven't been much help. We  do 
know that all of these engines were rated at 80-hp, and that the dual springs 
 were used during this time for the 84, 95, 98, 102 and 150-hp engines. So  
did any of these FCs get dual springs? Anyone know for sure?
