The seller's response to my questions:

"Thanks for your inquiry. The car was repainted because the previous owner
wanted to restore the entire car. The is no evidence of rust or collision
damage. The mileage is not verified and was presumably rolled back to zero
upon completion of the restoration which is typical on a car that has had a
complete restoration."
