Also put a few dryer sheets under the seats, roll up the windows and park it
in the sun for a few hours. Then leave the sheets in there for a few days.
There's always baking soda too once you find the source.

Try spraying the interior with Fabreze or something like that and see if it 
does any good.  It would help to locate the exact source of the odor, 
however.
