<VV> folded fin cooler again

I have a 140 in a late model with 140 shroud.  I bought the folded fin cooler because of the "how to hotrod corvairs" book.  I know the folded fin type is much more efficient.... but so far one person at least said the 12 plate cooler is better then the smaller folded fin unit......

I already bought the folded fin cooler.... which should I use.... original 12 plate cooler or the folded fin cooler?
