You can always pick up one of those little SDcard  mp3 players from Walmart that goes in the cigarette lighter and  broadcasts on one of several FM frequencies
I paid $50 for mine a couple of years ago.
I pick about 4 or 5 hours of music off the computer and put it on the SD card and plug it in.
Goes from car to car.

I'm hooked on satellite radio. Sure there's a monthly charge but there are  
also plenty of programming choices, something for everyone. You can tune to 
your  favorite station and drive anywhere in the country and listen. The best 
part is  most of the stations are commercial free, some are even DJ free. I'm  
addicted.
