This will depend upon the calibration of the speedometer.  Most 
speedometers will be calibrated to match the odometer, which is fixed by 
the internal gearing.  I am not certain on this, but I seem to remember 
that the '65 odometer is calibrated to 833 revs/mile, and '66-69's are 
calibrated to 825 rev/mile.

I have 205/60R15 (Pirelli) tires on our '65 Corsa. The speedometer and odo 
are less than 1.0% off.
