<VV> Convention Plaque Name tags and Convention Video

I've received nothing yet, Mike.  Am still waiting patiently.  
I didn't know there was a video/DVD.  Who shot & produced it?  Is that
something that's done for every convention?  What does it typically
show?  How do I order one?
