If you are right handed, open the drivers side headlight bucket. Open  
the passenger side if you are left handed and tether the wrenches or  
pliers to your wrist : )

Instead of removing the latch, just reach in with a pair of pliers  
and turn
the end of the lock rod that is sticking through the back of the latch.
