Smitty Says: Keith I have some serious good advise for you. Do all you can while the axle is attached to the body. If you are going to take everything apart and sandblast and paint, then take it apart on the car and then remove the axle. Same going back in. Mount the axle and then assemble the parts on the car. So much easier to handle that way.
