Before you spend any $$$, check with some of the folks who own them.  I 
could be wrong, but this one appears to have come from a carnival ride.

I have seen originals and the passenger opening on this one appears wider 
(based on memory).  There WERE "knock offs?" used for kiddy rides for years.
