I've got one, they're quite flexible.  If you rough it up enough to wear
through the black outer coating you'll have to touch up the colour of the
exposed fiberglass, but that's it.

What was so surprising?  He sent 3 different links.  The 3rd one was the 
"charm".

Are those fiberglass?  Do they crack (say on a high wheel stop like in a 
mini-mall) easily?
