Go to an old-time locksmith. They would have master sets of keys for each
year. There's several hundred combinations, depending on the year, and
usually come on a BIG key ring. Call or visit ahead of time, so that you
don't run out of gas.

Also, it's a possibliity that AAA might be of assistance.

Then there's also an outside chance that if you try enough '66-earlier
keys, one might be able to be wiggled into operating it. My buddy Mike
(with about 150-200 Corvairs, and plenty of stray keys) has been successful
at times with that.

If worse comes to worse, you can always disassemble the filler neck off the
car. Messy, but not beyond do-able.
