<VV> plates

That's a weird rule, especially as the days get shorter.  Many of CCE's 
events have us going home after the sun has gone down.  Example, we'll be 
going to Lake Geneva WI for the Poker Run on 9/29.  We go to dinner at the 
end of the event and then drive back to the Chicago area well after sunset.

in Pa we can put a antique plate on , but no driveing after dark, and  only 
3000 miles a year , $75  for the life time plate .
