<VV> bore and stroke a 292 - no Vair

there is a whole weird little world out there of GM six (non Corvair) 
speed freaks -- a lot of Bonneville types -- they have many tricks in 
their baskets, and must have a couple online groups where you could 
probably get better answers to your queries.

if the bore centerlines sorta match, there is a whole world of new 
engines out there to 'wildcat' together -- think Ardun or Riley and 
flathead Fords, although those heads were manufactured to fit -- it 
doesn't take much to drill new holes for head bolts --
