Dissassemble carb, put parts in big bucket of carb cleaner, let soak for 
as long as you can (24 hrs good), rinse, dry, spray through all passages 
with spray carb cleaner, assemble with new kit. Also check for worn 
throttle shafts.

If clogged passage is found, resoak and try cleaning with soft copper 
wire. Welding tip cleaner wires will increase the size of the holes-not 
good.

Note, all parts must be fully submerged in carb cleaner, or a line will 
be etched on the parts at the water/cleaner separation level.

And of course "Wear Safety Glasses when handling liquids that eat skin". 
Nitrile gloves handy also.
