Include your nephews (and nieces).

Every time someone ask how to increase memberships, I just can't help
but think about a missed opportunity with one of my nephew.

He wanted to start a project and I told him about a Corvair for sale.
I didn't try hard enough to encourage him but he ended up buying an
old Ford Galaxie convertible. Turns out that Ford is still in the
barn in pieces and has not been touched for about 6 years.

It's a shame. If I had helped him get involved in doing a Corvair
project, I probably would have helped him finish it.
