"Cleaning plastic windows".  Dave obviously, if the plastic has turned yellow there is not much hope for it. However, for scratched windows I used to use plain "tooth paste".  After all it is in essence a very fine "rubbing compound".  It takes a lot of elbow grease and you take a little section at a time but it works well.   In the 60's, there was not too much available, which is still the case today.  I just got a $650.00 estimate to change the back window on my convert which caused me to remember this old solution.  I warn you, to be effective you will spend a lot of time in the garage.  However, it worked once again or me.
