<VV> Need advise on taxes - NO Corvair

If anyone is out there who has some expert knowledge on taxes for a charitable organization, please drop me a private reply. My wife inherited the chairmanship of a fund raising class reunion group for this year and I am not comfortable that it has been handled correctly previously, nor do I want the IRS to come knocking some day.
