<VV> Leaking carb update

Got the new pressure regulator (same adjustable model as sold by an  
east coast vendor) installed.  Set it at 3 lbs.  The right carb began  
to leak at the venturi.  I set it at 2 lbs.   It continued to leak.   
The left carb is fine.  This leaking carb is the same one that I  
busted the horn at the fuel inlet and had to replace the horn.  Now,  
it looks like I will be taking it apart for the third time to see why  
the needle seat is not sealing.
