Google Earth is your friend when trying to find "hidden" car collections. 
It is difficult to hide so many cars from the government satellites! 
I searched for this guy and I think I found him. He appears to be south of PA 54 and just west of I-180 on the east side of
the river. I think he is on PA 641-648- Shreck Road or Springtown Road. 
I believe car collections like his are made up of his old daily drivers that he is "going to restore some day"!
