<VV> 66 Monza 110 PG engine - sounds like big problems

 Thanks for the suggestions.  I was really hoping it was dirty carb.  I
tried the remedy you suggested ten times on each side.  No change.  I will
check that the torque converter bolts are all tight this evening.  If that
can be ruled out, I am afraid I just have to face facts, and tear the engine
down again.

I did use plenty of engine lube during reassembly, but did not use
plastigage.  That must have been my undoing.

I will keep the group posted, and thanks again for all the encouraging
advice.
