<VV> timing plate markings

Last I saw, only the turbo cars had a riveted on timing indicator.

My new baby, a 64 Monza coupe has a timing mark plate that is  about 
obliterated, so it is very hard to tell what the marks were that I need  to set my 
timing with. Has anyone got a picture of what the plate markings  should look  
like?
