<VV> 60 Cylinder notching.

My son Austin is 14 now and is determined to be driving a Greenbrier by his
16 birthday! We are assembling parts and want to use 60 cylinders. We need
to notch them for the rod swing of the 164 CU IN motor. In the past we would
send them to the machine shop to have them milled. Is there a more cost
reducing method?? He is being forced to fund the project on his own! No one
handed me my first car!! Like father like son!
