<VV> welding in new door pillar support

Don's right - the work isn't rocket science (remove door, cut away rusted 
metal, cut new metal to correct shape and form it, weld in place, paint, 
replace door), but it would be *so* much quicker if there were an A post 
base repair section that was available.

After all, we don't have a lot of rust-free donor cars here in Blighty...

P.S. I think 18 gauge is the right gauge to use too.
