Bryan,

I think you are correct that the A pillar on LMs is the same regardless of 
body style.  But, there MAY be a difference (I don't know) between Early 
Lates and Late Lates.  It seems to me that the hinges are different and 
therefore the mounting point (surface?) may very well be different also. 
So, if someone was serious about making a new run of these, those 
differences would need to be taken into consideration.  Perhaps a "one fits 
all" style could be designed?
