If the milkshake is on the dipstick I agree.  Absolutely change it and  find 
out what when wrong.  But inside the oil filler spout and on the  underside of 
the oil filler cap it is normal to see the light brown stuff until  the 
engine is fully warmed up.  It is common after short trips in  cool weather.
