Aircraft stripper works good (it's not hard to find). The bubbling
areas are almost certainly going to require rust repair and you may have
to remove the glass to do it right (new metal welded in).

Subject: <VV> body work beginning

Hey ya'll,
I have begun taking apart my corvair to get it ready for body work.
Not a whole lot has to be done with the car, but there is some heavy
bubbling going on around the front and rear windsheilds and in various
parts of the body, but really nothing hard to deal with I think. I'll be
stripping the paint off my self. Can anyone recommend the best
non-sandblasting way I can strip the paint of. My aim is to do as much
of the body work as I possibly can and giev the rebuilding of the
windsheilds away to a professional. I'm a college student, so I'm money
conscious, but I'm also a good saver and have the money to work on the
car.
