Perhaps the Rampside is telling you "10 Degrees - WTF?"

It easily could be water freezing somewhere. It might be time for a full
system flush. I guess neither an electric nor a mechanical pump will pump ice
very well. - Seth

In the last 4 mornings, 1963 Rampside will crank over but will not start. I
found this only happens when it drops to about 10 degrees F or colder.

The 1996 Honda took 2 or 3 tries to start this morning. It was 1.7 digitial degrees in Westford, Massachusetts.

The old Toro snow blower got a fresh fill of regular gasoline a few weeks ago just before starting a serious snow clean-up. It ran a couple of hours, and popped its un-clamped for 3 or 4 years black rubber fuel line off the fuel tank. The line is intact, (not split) , but swollen and soft.

The last few tank fulls I was re-reading the "up to 10% alcohol" sticker.

I consider these 2 more data points in the "new gas" horror story list
