<VV> run on

Dorai,
It sounds like the P.O. installed a one wire alternator to upgrade the
charging system. The alternator is back feeding the car via its sense wire.
You need to install a pretty fat diode in this wire to block the back
circuit. Radio Shack has several such diodes to choose from. BTDT

Subject: <VV> run on

Hi,

I just got my '69 from Florida. I have not yet tried driving it; I have just
driven it from the street up my driveway and into the garage. The car starts
easily, however when I turn the ignition off the motor keeps on running. How
can I rectify this? Any information I will be grateful.

Thank you.

Dorai
