Define 'loose'.
Define 'easy'.
Assuming you mean stripped, Helicoil, or Timesert inserts are the method
most often used. Easy? Well it's about the only option short of another
head.
Compared to replacing all 20 headbolt threads on a Northstar, yea, it's
easy.
