<VV> Website updates

I get it, just used as plugs. I thought I was going to learn some new carb
set up trick!
My car is mostly street, since I put on the rotator kit I have not hooked up
the chokes. Unless it is pretty cold (30's? or less)it starts OK. I don't
usually drive it then anyway. The colder it is the more throttle work it
takes to keep it running until it can warm up a bit.

Rick's car is track only, and so doesn't really need chokes. The
allen screws seal off the openings for the choke shafts and secondary
lockout shafts.
