Way to go!  but for this problem..slow down!!!  ggg
 
Check the Vacuum line to the modulator...  pass. side of  trans   ... and at 
the balance tube......  are the  hoses  intact?  Tight?  KINKED??  No vacuum 
will make the trans do  this..
 
Then  warm it up... then drive smoothly, easily accelerating and tell  us 
WHEN [ mph]  is does shift.
 
 
Then get back to us... NOTHING more.. just answer these questions..
