I concur with Bob Helt that the ratio is 1.57:1 however that is
difficult to calculate as the push rod isn't at the same angle as the
valve stem and the pushrod moves closer and farther away from the pivot
while the engine is running.  Adding to that is the fact that the
pushrod pivot isn't in the same plane as the tip of the valve.
Basically you take the actual valve lift and divide it by the camshaft
lift and whatever you get is the ratio!  It probably changes with
different cams.
