<VV> Flex Plate bolts - not- Digest, Vol 41, Issue 42

Who knows the correct length of those 3 bolts.  I suspect the one's he has 
are too long and when cranked down, broke the "keepers" or "cages" loose.

Also, can they be welded back on while in the car?
