Hello Folks,

I'd like to thank all of the folks that voted for me and those that voted for my opponent for the Eastern Division Board Seat. It was a very close race, but again thank you for your support.

One of the issues we've heard over the years and still today is the lack of Board communication with the membership and keeping the membership abreast of the current issues.

So, if there are any pressing issues you would like us to address at the upcoming Board meeting in Ventura. Please let me know, the survey items are on the agenda.

While snip-its and bullet sentences are fine, the more involved analysis and recommendations on your part will prove quite beneficial in the discussions.

So, I am asking to hear your voices prior to the upcoming meeting in two weeks, please email me off the list with well thought out issues and recommendations and include any pros and cons so that these ideas can be delivered and expressed as you see it to the Board.

Any topic any subject is great.

I hope to visit on the new business section of the meeting revenue generating streams, membership benefits, affiliate programs and convention items and so forth.

Also, ....if you belong to other non profit organizations and receive benefits large or small that you think other CORSA members would like, how about sending me a contact name from that organization with the stated benefit and lets see if we can create more tangible benefits. I'm also interested in hearing about what other car clubs provide as benefits to their membership and I know there are a lot of folks that belong to other venues, so let me know and lets see where we can go from here. Finally, if you have the contacts with your personal or business acquaintenances and know of any perks / discounts etc., our membership may qualify for please let me know.

Have a great week and everyone traveling to the convention, please have a safe trip and hopefully not to many hard luck stories.

See you there!
