<VV> Harmonic Balancer & Oil Cooler Seals

The special puller makes this job really quick. The seal should come out 
easy with using a large screwdriver to pry the metal lip of the  seal. 
Pack the inside of the new seal with chassis (wheel bearing) grease. It 
should tap in easy, just keep it straight.
