<VV> coil problems

The condenser is in the negative lead of the coil to protect the points
from pitting quickly. Not needed for a quick coil test, but does form a
tuned circuit in operation, so is important to be there in the distributor.

The condenser on the positive terminal of the coil is for radio (AM)
noise supression, and is not present on non-radio equiped cars.
