<VV> brake light problem

on a 69 that light also indicates a pressure differential between front and  
rear brakes.  if you pull the wire off the switch on the brass block at the  
master cyl and the light goes out...you have a problem to look into (such as a  
tubing leak etc etc ? low fluid in one reservoir on the master cylinder will  
start you in the direction of repairs needed).
