JR,

I suspect that RI Corvair is referring to pages in the ASSEMBLY manual,
not the '65 CHASSIS manual.

And from looking at the picture in the chassis manual and the picture RI
Corvair posted, it looks like he/she needs to turn the inboard sway bar
support brackets 180 degrees so that the opening in the clamp is facing
the front of the car.

I'm not understanding the page numbers you refer to.  The 1965 chassis 
manual probably does not show revisions.  There are supplements for 
subsequent years which would include changes.
