Take the car back ... take a wheel off... get under the car with them... show them the camber adjustments under the rear axle, (the big bolt with the big offset washer) and the tow adjustments at the front of the trailing arm.
 
Then pull the car down and take your money to someone that knows what they're doing, an older shop maybe?
