<VV> Compression

I just completed a compression test on all six of my engine cylinders because the car started to run rough and it was spitting gas out of the left hand carb.To my dismay I found one reading at 0,one at 30 and one at 60,all on the l/h side.The r/h side was reading 90 in all three cylinders.The car was running fine up until today and then things went south.My first question is what would cause the low numbers on the left side and are the r/h ones serviceable? I am trying to get a better idea of what I am getting myself into before I start tearing things apart.Thanks for all the help in the past and the coming future.
