Scott, welcome to Corvairs, I've been associated one way or another since 1959 and bought 2 of them new. Some of my best friends are in the Corvair group. Some I don't see more than every other year or so, but we get to know a lot of Corvair enthusiasts by attending meetings, conventions and where ever there is a car show. I'm just completing a '66 Corsa coupe that had been neglected for several years. I couldn't stand to see the possibility of it never being drivable again. I don't actually need it as we have 3 in the family already so will be selling it when a buyer comes along. Ken

Hey All. My name is Scott I live in Southern California. I joined the
group about a week ago while looking for my first Corvair. I found one
and brought it home yesterday. I am now the proud owner of a 65 Monza
coupe with a 140/4spd in it. It has been sitting for several years but
has very little rust on it. I am excited to get started and look forward
to tapping into this resource for info as I go. My goal is to have it up
and running for Route 66 this September.

This is us pushing it into my backyard.
