<VV> Heads running too hot

Did you remember to install the baffles under the cylinders?  These 
baffles are essential to direct the air flow out to the cylinder 
heads and not allow the cooling air to just go straight down through 
the cylinders.  (I had some work done on my car decades ago and the 
so-called mechanic left one of the baffles off.  It took me a while 
to figure out why one head was much hotter than the other...)
