I am sorry, but this video and the entire presentation by Mr Beck is 
totally, and completely 100% untrue. Wonder why? He is actually going 
into the dealers side of the government website. Not the one that a 
consumer would be going to. I do not know why he could be making such an 
amazing error (other than it is another sensationalist story). But he

Hacks like Mr Beck are the reason that programs (misguided as this one 
may or may not seem to you) and the government continue to get a bad 
rap. More amazing than that is the simple fact that other than this 
article, no one in the media has the sense to call him out on it. Amazing.
