That's for my 110 heads, not me... J

 

1) What is the standard procedure for removing valve seats?

 

2) I did some Googling and found out that heating the heads to 425-450F in
an oven (guess who is away right now!) is one way to remove valve guides
(with a little bit of tapping of course)

I only have to replace one guide so can I put the entire head in the oven or
will that damage the valve springs?
